Every year NSCC holds an open house to introduce prospective students to courses and career options for the following year. Working within the NSCC brand we a created a simple pop art inspired set of creative to communicate and embrace the diversity of the students, the courses and opportunities as well as the the diversity of Nova Scotia as a whole. Plus we wanted something ‘cool’ that would help attract attention to the event.

I just wanted to thank you again for the tremendous boost you and the Media
Mechanics team gave to NSCC’s inaugural province-wide Open House. We came
to you looking for an event identity that built on the energy of the NSCC brand;
an idea that could break through the everyday and let people know something
special was going on. You came back with a completely unexpected,
irresistibly festive identity that absolutely nailed the brief.

Not only did our Open House identity hit all the right notes, it proved effective
in a wide range of advertising, signage, online and promotional applications.
You developed the identity in a very tight time frame, then helped us apply it
quickly and efficiently to a wide range of support materials for our 13 campuses.

Seventeen-hundred people applied for college programs on October 21, and you
played a very real part in making that happen. Kudos to you and your team from one
very happy client.
